How To Make Megan's Nutella Half Baked Cookie Dough Pie
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 250g unsalted butter
- 175g soft brown sugar
- 200g caster sugar
- 575g self raising flour
- You can add a pinch of salt to your cookie dough if you would like
- Nutella (or you can also use chocolate)
- Ice cream (If you would like to put on top) – whatever flavour you would like. We usually do vanilla and/or salted caramel ice cream.
- Some honey to drizzle on top (If you would like)
- Some pistachios (or Sercan used walnuts in this video, so replace with these if you don’t have pistachios).
Recipie:
- Make the cookie dough as you normally would but with the ingredients as shown. Once the cookie dough is made, split into 2 balls to make the base and lid of the pie. spread one ball of cookie dough (the biggest) around the base and edges of the oven dish (preferably circular) and fill with nutella. Make sure to make room for the lid
- Then cook until half baked and eat with icecream (if you would like)
